HR and Document Management Department

Coordination of the activities of all departments and divisions of the enterprise on office management, preparation of administrative documents, archive, accounting, registration, processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, consideration of letters, applications and complaints, production and reproduction of printed materials and the implementation of personnel work in general.

Legal Department

To verify compliance with the legislation of draft orders, instructions, regulations and other legal documents submitted for signature to the management of the enterprise, to approve them if they do not contradict the legislation. If a draft document is submitted for a visa that contradicts the law, the head of the department, without approving it, shall provide his comments on the draft in writing.

To give opinions on drafts of local acts submitted for review, to prepare proposals for changing existing and canceling local regulations of the enterprise that have become invalid.

Participate in the development of new company regulations and other legal documents.

Provide methodological and consulting assistance on legal issues to structural enterprises, branches and representative offices of the enterprise.

To consider the whole range of issues related to the legal support of foreign economic activity.

Participate in the development of draft agreements, contracts, and agreements.

To give opinions on executive documents submitted to the enterprise.

Represents the interests of the company in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts, as well as in state and public organizations when considering legal issues, conducts judicial and arbitration cases.

To manage the claim work in structural divisions, branches, representative offices, and, if it is small, to conduct it independently.

Analyze and summarize the results of consideration of claims, court and arbitration cases, cases considered by administrative authorities, develop and submit proposals to the company's management to eliminate identified deficiencies and strengthen contractual discipline.

Participate in the work on monitoring compliance with legislation during certification, acceptance of products in terms of quantity and quality.

Manage the preparation of materials on embezzlement, embezzlement, shortages, violations of environmental legislation and other offenses for transfer to investigative and judicial authorities, and take measures to compensate for damage caused to the enterprise.

To give opinions to the relevant services of the enterprise or to participate in the work on compensation by the enterprise for damage caused by an employee who has suffered injury or other damage to health at the enterprise.

Economic Department

Economic maintenance of the enterprise and its structural divisions.

Maintenance of buildings, premises and territories of the enterprise in good condition in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire safety.

Providing the necessary economic and technical conditions for the company's employees to perform their official duties.

Providing the production units of the enterprise with material and technical resources.

Preparation and conclusion of contracts for the supply of material and technical resources.

Organization of rational use of material and technical resources.

Preparation of reports to the public administration body and the authorized body for public procurement.

Monthly reporting on the work done and on financial and economic activities.

Accounting and Economic Analysis Department

Ensuring accounting and reliable information about the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.

Control over the availability and movement of property, the use of material and financial resources, as well as ensuring timely settlements with creditors, the budget, the unified accumulative pension fund and the state social insurance fund, etc.

Providing information necessary for government agencies to monitor compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prepares periodic reports on the strategic and operational plan of the Ministry within the established time frame.

Performs an economic analysis of the business activities of the enterprise and its divisions, identifies production reserves, develops measures to ensure economy, increase production profitability, labor productivity, reduce production and sales costs, eliminate losses and unproductive expenses.

Department for Control of Realized Assets And Contractual Obligations

Participation in the inventory of facilities at the Baikonur cosmodrome that have not been included and are being excluded from being leased by the Russian Federation in order to develop proposals for their further use in conversion projects.

Implementation of control over the use of facilities of the Baikonur cosmodrome that are not included in the leased and excluded from the leased by the Russian Federation in order to use them rationally and involve them in the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
